These are “Creepers” made by in the USA by Staatsburg Manufacturing. They are the “sole” model, #236.
These creepers are popular especially for ice fishing. They have lacerated points at the front of the shoe which provide added traction. They are adjustable in size and are designed to fit men’s boot sizes 7 through 12.
