Currently under 300 hours total time Airframe and Engine. This helicopter is in great condition, and was meticulously built and maintained by owner/builder, Certified Repairman and A&P. Complete with all records and documentation. Conditional Inspection (Annual) not due until 5/2010. No damage history whatsoever. Flown by 35 year commercially rated rotorcraft-helicopter pilot with several thousand hours of various helicopter experience, piston and turbine. Based near Dallas, Texas N510SP. Color is glossy white Emron paint. This ship flies wonderfully and I have personally flown it across the USA from north to south twice. Helicopter has always been hangered. Avionics package includes:
